The thing is Puck is his first love and in the same time they are having a relationship. Even though he jealous seeing Puck get all flirty with the cheerleader and Lauren Sizes (LOL)...he still cannot mad at Puck because every time they fight, Puck will use his way to make Kurt forgive him. People say first love will always be there. In the same time, Blaine also having a feeling to Kurt. But he knows Kurt is not available anymore. How all of these will turn out in the end? Will Kurt stick to his first love? or Kurt will choose Blaine? *drum rolls* (the inspiration is coming from my relationship in choosing Cale or Ben...LOL)
